HC<3KC

Last night we did a secret show with our good friends Kisschasy at Ding Dong. Was the first time we've played in like 6 months, so we were rusty as fuck. But we had fun and shitloads of people partied with us, so what more can we want. We played some new songs for the first time. "Good From Afar" and "It's Ok" we've done before, but we broke the cherry on "Surgery" and "Bruise Easy" and they went down a treat I reckon.

Kisschasy killed it too. Karl looks more like a sexy version of John Butler every day. And Joel is definitely a lot cooler since he got his Horsell tattoo.

Speaking of which, a couple of us are thinking of getting Horsell tats, and our manager is too. Gonna be so fucking cool.

Our song got added to Channel V today. FUCK YES.

New Stuff, Secret Shows, Remixes

Today is pretty exciting. We've showed everyone the new album cover and we've seen the finals for the posters and stickers and all the other stuff that comes with making a record. We even have merch designs now, I reckon you'll like 'em. One is a Dukes of Hazard T-Shirt, one is based on the single art and now we are making these wicked transformers shirts which will also make anyone with taste happy.

Soon as we get some pics ill show you all what i'm yapping about.

Next week we are gonna put up the remix of "Good From Afar" on myspace. It's crazy good. I know when you think of a remix you think "oh here we go again, some dude put some shitty dance beat behind a song and an echo on the voice and thinks he is now in Daft Punk".... but this one is more like one of those Bloc Party mixes they released from Silent Alarm. Its got cool little bits but still keeps the rock element of the song. It's a bit of fun anyway.

On Wednesday night you should all come to Ding Dong in Melbourne. That's all i'll say about that.

Oh and I guess you wanna see that album cover?
